Holidays at The Woodlands
With the holiday season upon us, there’s no better place in Texas to celebrate the start of the holidays than in The Woodlands.
Lighting of the Doves and International Winter On The Waterway
The spectacular six-hour Christmas event held last November 21 at the Town Green Park and along The Woodlands Waterway kicked off the holiday season to a very exciting start.
It included live music, vendor booths, children’s activities, snow play areas, Santa’s arrival, and more.

The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center
Get to experience the calm yet exhilarating experience 
of skating on ice at The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center. It opened its gates last November 21, 2015 and will welcome ice skaters daily until January 18, 2016.

Regular Operating Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 3-9p.m. (Please note, on CISD holidays, rink opens at 11a.m.)
- Friday: 3-11p.m. (Please note, on CISD holidays, rink opens at 11a.m.)
- Saturday: 10a.m.-11p.m.
- Sunday: noon-7p.m.
Special Holiday Hours:
- Christmas Eve: 11a.m.-6p.m.
- Christmas Day: 2p.m.-8pm
- New Year’s Eve: noon-1a.m.
- New Year’s Day: 11a.m.-9p.m.
Location & Parking:
The Ice Rink is located at the northeast corner of Six Pines & Lake Robbins Drive. Parking is available surrounding the Ice Rink.
Admission:
Weekday Regular Admission: $9.50
Weekday Child (Under 5 years old) Admission: $5
Weekend Regular Admission: $10.50
Weekend Child (Under 5 years old) Admission: $6
Includes $2.50 skate rental. Helmets and children’s skate trainers are additional.
