The Woodlands Development Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Howard Hughes Corporation, announced the launch of its latest summer promotion – “Move-In Ready & Ready for School”.
When homebuyers purchase a new move-in ready home in the Village of Creekside Park or May Valley in the Village of Sterling Ridge, between July 1 and August 31, 2017, they will receive up to $10,000 in incentives from participating builders.
Incentives may include design center upgrades, closing costs or price reductions.
